What should I do if an order doesn’t arrive?
If an order has not arrived in:
- 3 weeks for orders in the US
- 2 months everywhere else

What is the difference between A, B+, and B grade pins?
A Grade pins have little to no flaws on them (any flaws are very unoticeable unless looked at up close) which makes them practically perfect.
Some flaws that A Grade pins may have are:
- slight underfilling in the enamel
- a few tiny dust specks
- little bubbles in enamel or small chip in non-focal areas
- slight discoloration in metal
B+ and B Grade pins offer have one or more of the following flaws:
- Large blemishes in the enamel/metal
- Dents in the enamel
- Bubbling in enamel/metal
- Specks of dust stuck in the enamel
- Miscoloration on certain areas
- Small scratches on the pin
B Grade pins often have more noticeable flaws than B+ Grade.
